Founder, Gavin, has always been known to have a smile on his face and a positive energy about him. This is where ‘Bring The Energy’ was born. He is now creating a community of positive and confident individuals who know how to train safely and effectively towards their goals.

I heard about Bring The Energy through friends and decided to start personal training with Gavin about 2 months ago. At first, I was hesitant to have the sessions because I had never had a trainer before. But now, I would never look back. Gavin has motivated me to build a routine around going to the gym. I also appreciate the energy and motivation that Gavin brings to the sessions. He allows sessions to be flexible and aimed to your interests and goals. Gavin also follows up goals and continuously motivates me to stick with them and continue to smash them out.

Hey! I'm Gavin.

I am a young and enthusiastic personal trainer from Adelaide in Australia (the little City down south everyone forgets about).

My training journey began in 2014, training under supervision in a gym while I was in high school. In 2015, I hired a personal trainer, taking my training to the next level as well as learning and focussing on nutrition. I gained a solid amount of muscle and along with that, confidence in myself to train safely and effectively and from the results, gained confidence outside of the gym too. Which is what I hope to achieve for you.

Training was and continues to be my escape during tough times. Sometimes the physical benefits of training are purely a bonus as I find that often, the mental benefits are the main driver behind my training.

Over the years I have had many setbacks, mainly in the form of injuries. I have done most soft tissue injuries under the sun, but never broken a bone. Because of these injuries, I have taken an interest with injury rehab and prevention, extending my study to become better qualified. From my experiences, I have learnt a substantial amount about injuries, rehab, prehab and how to take care of your body.

Through my journey, experience, study and experimenting, I now have the ability to pass on the knowledge of how to train effectively and efficiently towards my goals to you and your goals. That is my aim. To use my knowledge to help you become more confident within yourself by educating you on how to train safely and effectively towards your goals while building a strong mind and body. This is achieved through the BTE Signature Series, BTE Academy, personal training and online coaching.
